-BFF’s Noah Cyrus & Emily Grace Reaves, as well as Brittany Curran & Keana Texeira attended the 16th Annual Dream Halloween Carnival in Santa Monica on Saturday. Keana, Brittany and Noah were vampires while Emily was a dark angel. The event aims to bring needed attention to both the domestic and international pediatric AIDS epidemic.
