–Chelsea Staub and Debby Ryan had fun together at the 2009 Rock-N-Reel Event benefiting Cedars-Sinai Medical Center on Sunday afternoon. Debby hijacked Chelsea’s phone and tweeted from it starting a “twitter war.” The two took a break to watch Adam Levine from Maroon 5 perform.
