–SO-M caught up with Miley Cyrus briefly at the 20th Annual A Time For Heroes Carnival put on by Disney and the Elizabeth Glaser Foundation on Sunday. Miley chats about why she was excited for the event.
We also got quick shout outs from David Henrie and Sterling Knight inside the carnival. David worked one of the booths earlier in the day and Sterling was there to enjoy the festivities.
