-ET’s Mark Steines sat down with Miley Cyrus and John Travolta as they promote then fun loving film ‘Bolt’ which opens Friday. The film is about a super-dog, Bolt (voice of Travolta), who is the star of his own TV show! One day the star dog is accidentally shipped from his Hollywood sound stage to New York City! Bolt has to travel cross-country through the real world to get back to his owner, Penny (voice of Cyrus).
Besides just lending her speaking and singing voice to the film Miley also wrote “I thought I lost you,” a duet for herself and John Travolta
The veteran actor compares his teenage co-star to another talented singer/actress Olivia Newton-John.
“The effect that Miley’s making globally is so huge. Like Olivia, she’s everybody’s fantasy,” he says.
