Be sure to check out Jesse McCartney along with acts like Aly & AJ, Miley Cyrus, Bowling for Soup, etc. Also, according to tommy2.net, there will be appearances by a few cast members from HSM, the Jonas Brothers and more!! Also, don’t forget about the live webcast starting at 10pm/9central. And if you miss it, don’t worry cause tommy2 also says the concert will be released on DVD later this fall!
