New Nightmare on Elm Street Stills!

-Thomas Dekker takes a peek over his shoulder in this new still from A Nightmare on Elm Street.

The horror movie is a re-imagining of the 1984 classic. It follows the story of Freddy Krueger, a serial-killer who wields a glove with four blades embedded in the fingers and kills people in their dreams, which results in their real death in reality.

The new version opens on April 30 and stars Kellan Lutz, Thomas Dekker, Katie Cassidy, Kyle Gallner and Jackie Earle Haley as the new Freddy Krueger.

Thomas will also be featured in the Young Hollywood issue of Nylon Magazine which hits stores next month. Also featured in the issue are stars like Sterling Knight, Rupert Grint, Chloe Moretz and lots more. Check out a preview below.

Cory Monteith & Katie Cassidy Join ‘Monte Carlo’

-Cory Monteith & Katie Cassidy will be joining Selena Gomez for the movie Monte Carlo, according to the Hollywood Reporter.

The movie is an adaptation of a Jules Bass young-adult book titled Headhunters. It centers on a girl (Gomez) who is mistaken for a socialite, resulting in her, her best friend and her soon-to-be stepsister flying to Monte Carlo for a charity auction. The story kicks into adventure mode when a million-dollar necklace goes missing and the girls must scramble to find it.

Katie Cassidy will play Selena’s bff, who a high school dropout who wants to see what the world has to offer. Cory plays her football player boyfriend, who travels to Europe to pursue her.

Leighton Meester, Andie MacDowell & Nicole Kidman will also star. MacDowell will play Selena’s mother. The movie shoots this spring in Budapest, Paris and Nice, France.

-”90210″ hottie Matt Lanter flashes a smile on the red carpet of the 2009 Teen Vogue Young Hollywood Party on Friday night. Also checking out the party were Matt’s co-stars Jessica Stroup, Dustin Milligan, AnnaLynne McCord, Michael Steger, and Jessica Lowndes and “Melrose Place” star Katie Cassidy. AnnaLynne even took a stumble on the red carpet, but she got right back up and smiled for pictures. What a trooper.
