-”Make It or Break It” co-stars Cassie Scerbo, Cody Longo & Ayla Kell all checked out the Melanie Segal Kids’ Choice Awards Gifting Lounge on Thursday. The gifting lounge helped raise money for Save the Children.

The girls are getting ready to get back in training for the next season of “Make It or Break It.” Co-star Chelsea Hobbs tweeted: Training and prep start Friday for season 2 of @ABCFmiobi !! Looks like the girls are back in action today!

Cody will also soon be appearing on a 2-episode arc of “Brothers & Sisters,” starring as a young Balthazar Getty.

Also attending the gifting lounge were Ashley Argota, Lily Collins, Greg Finley, Savannah Jayde & Moises Arias.

-Looks like Joe Jonas won’t be guest starring on ABC’s “Brothers & Sisters”. It was reported by E! News that the middle JoBro had snagged the part of a young “Tommy Walker” (Balthazar Getty) for a two episode arc.

We don’t know if those reports were ever true or if scheduling conflicts made Joe unavailable, but it turns out that Cody Longo has booked the part. Cody tweeted today: Meeting with Balthazar Getty today to prep and recur as a younger him on Brothers & Sisters. We think Cody does look a little more like Getty.

Cody has been playing “Nicky Russo” on ABC Family’s “Make It or Break It” and recently starred in Fame and Bring It On: Fight to the Finish. Joe and his brothers will start working on the second season of “JONAS” next week. Don’t worry, you’ll still get to see plenty of Joe on your TV.

Update: According to EW, Joe had scheduling conflicts.

-Ayla Kell & Josie Loren show off their prom dresses to Cody Longo in this new still from an upcoming episode of ABC Family’s “Make It or Break It.” In the episode, titled “Save the Last Dance”, the girls and guys from the Rock, get a taste of regular high school life when they attend Payson’s (Ayla Kell) high school prom. Razor (Nico Tortorella) and Damon’s (Johnny Pacar) band, The Shelter Pups, also lands a gig performing at the school dance.

The all-new episode of “Make It or Break It” premieres on Monday, February 8 at 9pm EST.

We chatted with Ayla yesterday and she shared that high school life definitely throws “Payson” for a loop. We also talked about having to wear the back brace, if “Payson” will ever make a comeback and more. Check back soon for our interview.

-Cody Longo & Cassie Scerbo are just two of the many young celebrities at Variety’s 3rd Annual Power of Youth Event. The event, held at the Paramount Studios, is in it’s 3rd year and is focused on encouraging top young talent to become involved with philanthropic and humanitarian causes, using their positions in popular culture to motivate others to do the same. This year POY honors Jesse McCartney, Miranda Cosgrove, Keke Palmer, Annalynne McCord & Corbin Bleu. All proceeds from this year’s event will benefit LA’s Best and Starlight Foundation.

-Cassie Scerbo & Cody Longo, as well as Radio Disney DJ Jake Whetter attended the Junior Membership of the Hollywood Radio and Television Society’s 7th Annual “Young Hollywood” Holiday Party on Thursday evening at My House in LA. The event benefited Feeding America, the nation’s leading domestic hunger-relief charity, which is dedicated to engaging our country in the fight to end hunger through a nationwide network of member food banks. -KSM, Cody Longo, Allstar, Jason Castro, Moises Arias and more attended the premiere of ABC’s “Prep & Landing” on Monday at the El Capitan in Hollywood. “Prep & Landing” is ABC’s first television special produced by Walt Disney Animation Studios. The half-hour holiday special reveals the never-before-told tale of an elite unit of Elves known as Prep & Landing. It will premiere on ABC on December 1 at 8:30pm EST.

CODE BLUE is a campaign that was created by 17-year old Jermaine Crawford (HBO’s The Wire) to bring awareness of and to fight against those issues that threaten youth.
