“No matter what, announcing who you are to the world is pretty terrifying cause what if the world doesn’t like you?”

That’s just one of the beautiful and relatable quotes courtesy of Simon Spier in the upcoming movie Love, Simon. The film is based onBecky Albertalli’s acclaimed novel Simon vs. the Homo Sapiens Agenda which tells the story of 17-year-old Simon (Nick Robinson). His life is a little complicated: he’s yet to tell his family or friends he’s gay and he doesn’t actually know the identity of the anonymous classmate he’s fallen for online. Simon sets out to resolve both issues which proves hilarious, terrifying and life-changing.
