It looks like Spider-Man and Iron Man aren’t on the same page in the brand new trailer for Spider-Man: Homecoming.
The new trailer definitely shows more of the plot of the upcoming movie and it looks like Peter Parker (Tom Holland) won’t have an easy time stopping Vulture (Michael Keaton). In the trailer we get to see a little more of how Peter’s suit works, it kind of reminds us of that jacket from Back to the Future 2 that resizes to fit you with the press of a button. We also see that Peter is very eager to stop Vulture and save the city but Tony Star (Robert Downey Jr) wants him to take things easy and be the “friendly neighborhood Spider-Man.” Instead, Peter goes against Tony’s wishes and gets in some pretty big trouble and Tony takes his Spider-Man suit away which leaves Peter trying to save the city in some colored sweatsuit.
We can’t wait to see how this all plays out. The trailer definitely shows more of Michael Keaton and we see a kiss in there with Liz (Laura Harrier) and still very little Zendaya.
Spider-Man: Homecoming hits theaters July 7. Check out the trailer and new posters below.
