The 2016 Radio Disney Music Awards took place on Saturday, April 30 and some of the biggest names in music snagged a coveted ARDY statue.
Taylor Swift, Fifth Harmony, Justin Bieber, Kelsea Ballerini and Selena Gomez were among the top winners tonight. Ariana Grande took home the first award of the night while Taylor took home 3 awards while Selena sent in a cute award speech from her tour rehearsals. Fifth Harmony took the stage twice during the show to accept trophies for Fiercest Fans and Best Group. Sabrina Carpenter, Kelsea Ballerini & Tori Kelly also took home an ARDY.
Gwen Stefani was also awarded the Hero award from her longtime pal Pharrell and she also surprised the crowd later with a fantastic performance.
The 2016 Radio Disney Music Awards will air Sunday, May 1 (7:00-9:00 p.m. EDT), in the U.S. and thereafter, on Disney Channels in 159 countries. Highlights will also be available on Radio Disney, the Radio Disney App, the Disney Channel app and RadioDisney.com.
