Did you catch the snippet of “On My Own” from “Teen Beach 2” when Ross Lynch stopped by Live with Kelly & Michael this morning? Well now we have the full thing!
The “On My Own” music video showcases Ross performing the rousing rock ballad, along with clips from the movie highlighting the journey of “Teen Beach 2” surfer sweethearts Brady and Mack played by Lynch and Maia Mitchell, respectively. In addition to performing “On My Own,” Ross also co-wrote the song along with his R5 bandmates Riker Lynch, Rocky Lynch and Ellington Ratliff, and Grammy Award-winning songwriter Evan Bogart who has co-written hit songs for Rihanna, Beyoncé, Leona Lewis, Britney Spears and others.
Don’t forget, you can pre-order the soundtrack on iTunes here and you’ll get “Gotta Be Me” from the movie immediately. “Teen Beach 2” premieres on Disney Channel June 26 at 8pm.
