Bella Thorne has booked her next movie role and it’s definitely a new kind of role for the teen.
Bella has signed on for Lifetime’s upcoming movie “Perfect High,” in which she’ll play Amanda, a high school dancer who starts using prescription painkillers after being sidelined by a knee injury and eventually falls in with the wrong crowd. Eventually Amanda is tricked into doing heroin disguised as cheap pain killers and addiction ensues.
Bella will co-star in the film with Israel Broussard (“The Bling Ring”), Daniela Bobadilla (“Anger Management”) and Ross Butler (“Teen Beach Movie”).
We can’t wait to see Bella take on this darker role. She can be seen next in the hilarious comedy The DUFF out this month.
