onedirection-guiness-090414We know that One Direction & Miley Cyrus have broken their fair share of records over the years and it has now landed them a spot in the 2015 Guinness Book of World Records.

The lads of 1D have pumped out three albums over the course of the last few years and all of them have debuted at #1. This has given the group the honor of the “First act to debut at No.1 with first three albums” with Up All Night, Take Me Home & Midnight Memories. Wowzers! We have a feeling this record will just keep growing once they release more albums.

“This really is one of our proudest moments, both for us and our incredible fans,” Niall Horan said. “Whenever we talk about it we always say how cool it is that we did it first, how sick is that?!”

Ms Miley has earned a spot in the record books as the “most searched pop star on the internet” while Shakira is the “most liked person on Facebook.” This next record you might have already known, but Frozen will be in the books as the “Highest box office film gross for an animation.”
