Jesse McCartney is getting serious on the cover of ANNEX Magazine’s “Wave of Pontus” summer issue.
Jesse was photographed by photographer Kaleb Khu for the under the sea themed issue which hits newsstands on July 22. In the issue, Jesse opens up about balancing his personal life and career, growing as an artist and his new album In Technicolor.
Even though Jesse has been in the music business since he was a kid, he finds himself continuing to learn every day. “I never stop learning, however, I think I’ve now come to a place where I really feel a sense of mastery. I know the process now, I’ve put in my 10,000 hours. I’m far from where I once was, I’ve grown so much, my music, my sound, has matured tremendously but I still learn everyday.”
Jesse’s long-awaited album will finally be out on July 22 and he says “the songs in this album are more vulnerable, they go back to this classic time when music was produced with authenticity, not on a keyboard.”
