Taylor Swift shares a moment with Jeff Bridges in this new still from The Giver.
Two more stills have been released from the highly anticipated film showing Brenton Thwaites & Odeya Rush in a loving gaze as well as Katie Holmes & Alexander Skarsgard who play Jonas’ (Thwaites) parents.
The haunting story of The Giver centers on Jonas, who lives in a seemingly ideal, if colorless, world of conformity and contentment. Not until he is given his life assignment as the Receiver of Memory does he begin to understand the dark, complex secrets behind his fragile community. The film is based on Lois Lowry’s beloved young adult novel of the same name, which was the winner the 1994 Newbery Medal and has sold over 10 million copies worldwide.

With The Giver Challenge, users can create unique profiles, earn points, win spectacular prizes, and give back to a Giver Challenge-approved charity. The Grand Prize winner will take home a $10,000 cash award AND win the honor of designating a $10,000 donation for the charity of his or her choice.
The Memory Deposit uses social media platforms like Twitter, Facebook and Vine to create visual collages that expand upon the themes and messages in the film, including love, suffering, excitement, and fear.
The Giver Experience allows fans to step into the virtual seat of The Receiver and learn from The Giver himself. Using Google Chrome’s speech recognition tech, users are able to actually speak and interact with the character of The Giver, played by Jeff Bridges.
