Taylor Swift Tops Nominations for 47th Annual Country Music Association Awards with 6!

taylorswift-cmanoms-091013Taylor Swift woke up to some excellent news on Tuesday in the tune of SIX CMA nominations!

The 23-year-old led the nominations for the 47th Annual Country Music Association Awards with six along with newcomer Kacey Musgraves. Other top nominees included Blake Shelton, Miranda Lambert and Tim McGraw.

Taylor racked up nominations in categories like Female Vocalist of the Year, Album of the Year and the biggest award of the night – Entertainer of the Year. Once again, Taylor is the lone female in that category.

The CMA Awards are set to take place on November 6, 2013; they will air live at 8PM from Nashville on ABC.
