Taylor Swift sparkled at the 2013 Billboard Music Awards in a short blue sparkly dress.
The 23-year-old is up for a total of 11 awards and has already won 6! Before the show aired, Billboard announced that Taylor won Top Digital Songs Artist, Top Country Artist, Top Country Song, for “We Are Never Ever Getting Back Together,” and Top Country Album, for “Red.”
