Vanessa Hudgens reunites with her “High School Musical” director Kenny Ortega during Variety’s Power of Youth Event on Saturday afternoon.
At the event, presented by Cartoon Network, Vanessa was honored for her work with the Make-A-Wish Foundation, which the star was first made aware of during her time making HSM.
Since starting her work with the organization, Vanessa had invited kids to her movie premieres and has even visited them at their homes as part of the program. “I love the idea of being able to give kids hope and happiness. I’ve been addicted to being a part of the organization ever since,” Vanessa told Variety.
