It’s almost September, which means it’s almost time, once again, for Variety’s Power of Youth event.
The honorees for the 2012 Power of Youth event have just been announced (first on JJJ) and they include Sarah Hyland, Jonas Brothers, Vanessa Hudgens, Diego Boneta, Kat Graham, and Jordin Sparks!
Variety’s Power of Youth initiative celebrates top young talent and their dedication to philanthropic and humanitarian causes closest to their hearts, while encouraging the industry and their fans around the world to get involved and give back.
The Jonas Brothers will be honored for their work with Change for Children, Diego Boneta for Vannie E. Cook Jr. Children’s Cancer & Hematology Clinic, Jordin Sparks for I’m M.A.D., Are You? for ChildHelp, Kat Graham for The Water Project, Vanessa Hudgens for Make-a-Wish, and Sarah Hyland for The Lopez Foundation.
This year’s Variety’s Power of Youth event will take place in Los Angeles on September 15, 2012.
