The casting of The Hunger Games: Catching Fire is underway!
The Hollywood Reporter has confirmed that veteran actor Phillip Seymour Hoffman has been offered the role of Plutarch Heavensbee for the next chapter in the trilogy.
Heavensbeen is the head gamemaker for the 75th Annual Hunger Games, taking over where Seneca Crane (Wes Bentley) left off.
