Ashley Tisdale to Produce New Web Shows and ABC Family Detective Drama

Ashley Tisdale’s Blondie Girl Productions is definitely off to a good start!

Last month, Bravo gave series orders to “Miss Advised,” a docuseries about single relationship experts and now two new projects have been revealed.

ABC Family has given the former “High School Musical” star a development deal according to Deadline. Her and producing partner Jessica Rhoades will executive produce a detective drama with RelativityREAL CEO Tom Forman called “The Keys.” The show follows a young woman unraveling the secrets of an exclusive and mysterious resort off the coast of Florida.

Blondie Girl Productions is also looking to take over the web. According to THR, Ashley and her production company will be developing new scripted and unscripted web series. They are currently developing three projects:

• In Bloom: The scripted online series, produced with Dolphin Digital Media, is a music-driven project set in high school being written by David Fickas (I Hate My 30’s) and Brice Beckham (Mr. Belvedere’s Wesley) of Drama 3/4; Josh Urangawill produce.

• Meet Cute: The hidden-camera dating show will feature friends who set up their unsuspecting pals on “blind meets,” with Fishbowl Worldwide Media and Vin Di Bona, Bruce Gersh and David Beebe exec producing. Tisdale may appear in a behind-the-scenes capacity.

• Pitchslap: A hybrid sketch/reality effort from comedy troupe Dr. God, with Matthew Lillard, Kirkland Tibbels and Justin Ware producing. Tisdale, Rhoades, Tom Forman and RelativityREAL (the producer behind Bravo’s Miss Advised) on board as exec producers. (Tisdale’s Blondie Girl Productions has an overall deal with RelativityREAL.)

All these projects sound pretty interesting! Don’t worry though, Ashley hasn’t given up acting. She’s still awaiting word on if her CBS’ untitled Louis C.K. pilot with Dan Byrd and Ryan Hansen will be picked up.
