Did you know Katy Perry originally started her music career as a Christian artist named Katie Hudson?
On July 5, 2012, you’ll get to follow Katy’s musical journey from there to present day in the new 3D movie, Katy Perry: Part of Me. The movie is a backstage pass, front row seat and intimate look at the fun, glamorous, heartbreaking, inspiring, crazy, magical, passionate, and honest mad diary of Katy.
Katy began documenting her California Dreams Tour, consisting of 124 performances, over a year ago. Her management team, Direct Management, soon after brought AEG into the project to film the artist’s two shows at Staples Center in LA in 3D.
