After a few setbacks, production on Disney’s The Lone Ranger is finally underway and we have the first picture of Armie Hammer and Johnny Depp in the movie!
The Disney/Bruckheimer film from Jerry Bruckheimer and director Gore Verbinski (who all worked with Depp in Pirates of the Caribbean) tells the story of Tonto (Johnny Depp), a spirit warrior on a personal quest, who joins forces in a fight for justice with John Reid (Armie Hammer), a lawman who has become a masked avenger.
The Lone Ranger will be released in May 2013. What do you think of the first pic?
