The movie is the latest big screen adaptation of a Nicholas Sparks’ novel and follows Logan Thibault, a Marine who’s survived three tours of duty in Iraq, who attributes his good luck to a photograph he carried of a woman he doesn’t even know. When he returns to the States, he sets out to find her.
Yahoo! Movies premiered a behind-the-scenes featurette of the movie today. “Logan is a different character than I’ve ever created before,” Nicholas Sparks shared. “He is your very typical strong silent type, and yet he’s very loyal and he is being driven by compulsion to find this person.”
Check out the featurette below. All we can say is…holy smokes Zefron! You might be giving Ryan Gosling a run for his money as our favorite Nicholas Sparks leading man. We’ll have to wait until the movie comes out to make the final call though. The Lucky One hits theaters April 20, 2012.
