Glee Takes Over Oprah

The Oprah Show got “gleeked” out yesterday for a one hour special with the cast of Fox’s hit show “Glee.”

The show, which was filmed last weekend, aired on Thursday and featured the cast performing “Somebody to Love,” a set visit to the hit show, and even a dance-off between Matthew Morrison & Harry Shum Jr.

The cast talked about the success of the show, being picked on in high school, and more. The behind the scenes footage showed what a day on set is like and included a sneak peek at Neil Patrick Harris’ guest starring role.

The cast opened with show with a performance of “Somebody to Love” and also performed “Don’t Stop Believin'” for Oprah.com. The John Burroughs High School show choir was also surprised with the chance to perform on the show. The group’s choir room is the inspiration for the choir room on the show. Dove & Oprah also teamed up to get the choir a new piano and a check for $100,000.
