–Taylor Lautner beat out Zac Efron, Shia LaBeouf & Tyler Perry to win Favorite Movie Actor at the 2010 Kids’ Choice Awards on Saturday.
Taylor won for his role as “Jacob Black” in the Twilight series. Unfortunately, New Moon lost out on Favorite movie to Alvin & the Chipmunks: The Squeakuel.
In a backstage interview, Taylor shared that the weather was so hot, he was hoping to get slimed. He said, “I was hoping I was going to get slimed. It was so hot it would have been refreshing.” He also shared that this was one of his favorite shows because “this whole awards show is about the kids. They run it and it’s amazing. I’m so thankful to have all of them behind us.”
