-Don’t forget to tune into the Critic’s Choice Awards tonight on VH1 at 9pm EST. Nick Jonas and his band, The Administration, will be the house band for the annual awards show. Nick recently chatted with MTV about the show: “There’s a lot of songs that I have to learn still, but I’m looking forward to it. It’s an honor to be a part of that show, and knowing that I’m going to be playing it with the band is comforting, considering they are very experienced and they’ve got a pretty good grip on what they’re doing.”
“[The producers of the show and I] work together on this one to come up with a list of songs that I feel comfortable with and that they were comfortable with as well,” Jonas explained. “It’s a big list, but it should be good to see it all come together.”
Nick is also excited to see Ricky Gervais host the show: ” ‘The Invention of Lying’ was my favorite movie from this past year,” he said of the Gervais-starring comedy. “I think that Ricky Gervais is hilarious, and that kind of dry comedy in that film is something that I love.”
Be sure to tune in and stay tuned for our exclusive interview with Nick. It was also just announced yesterday that Nick will be joined by Kevin & Joe to present at the Grammys. Also presenting will be Justin Bieber, Miley Cyrus and more.
