It easily surpassed Twilight, which earned $192.8 million in 20 weeks. Edit: The movie earned a total of $42.5 million over the 3 day weekend and how has made more than $230.7 million.
The Blind Side came in at number 2 at the box office while 2012 held steady at number 3.
