–Miley Cyrus gave the Spartan Sparkles Cheerleaders a surprise recently for the Oprah Show. The Pleasant Valley Cheerleaders from Iowa formed the Sparkles squad which includes ten girls with special needs – from autism to Down Syndrome. The squad was surprised with a video message from Miley Cyrus and were invited to her concert in Indianapolis. Miley surprised the girls backstage and even did the Hoedown Throwdown with the girls.
