Tony Oller Stars in ‘Gigantic’

Tony Oller will star in TeenNick’s new original series, “Gigantic”. The show is a half-hour dramedy that takes a fictional look at the glitzy, chaotic and often hilarious life of being a Hollywood “it” kid. Shot at various locations around Los Angeles, “Gigantic” features an ensemble cast that includes Grace Gummer and Gia Mantegna as two of the lead characters in the 20-episode series.

The show is TeenNick’s first original scripted show for the channel since it changed over from The N. Set in the world of the Hollywood elite packed with A-list parties and privilege, “Gigantic” tells a coming-of-age story infused with pop culture fame. It’s not easy being teenagers growing up in the shadow of their parents’ superstar status, and “Gigantic” skewers the celebrity machine while exposing the humanity and comedy beneath the glamour of Tinseltown. With an insider look behind the tabloids and gossip blogs, the series features an ensemble cast that includes: 17-year-old Anna (Gummer) and her younger brother Walt (Tony Oller), both kids of a famous movie star couple; Anna’s best friend Piper (Jolene Purdy, “10 Things I Hate About You”); frenemy Vanessa (Mantegna) and Anna’s boy crush with a big secret Joey (Ryan Rottman).

The series is set to premiere early 2010 on TeenNick. Congrats to Tony and the cast!

Tony Oller does not have a gigantic ego. He is so humble and is always thanking his fans for getting him to where he is now. I’m super stoked he’s on a real show now. He totally deserves it!

  • I first came into contact with Tony a little over a year ago.
His innate ability as a songwriter is what caught my attention.
I did not know of his celebrity status, nor did he actually reveal it to me. He simply shared with me his hopes and dreams.
Over time I came to learn a little more of his extraordinary achievements.
He is a fine young man, honest and true. He gives of himself selflessly to make this world a better place.
Congratulations Tony on your upcoming television series. I’m so proud of you. You know well how much I believe in you!
    Blessings ever and take care…..
