With the rising fame of Zac Efron, Jesse McCartney has often been asked if he’s jealous. Turns out he has nothing but respect for former co-star Zac.
“I’m really happy for him – he’s such a laid-back, humble person.”
Jesse also respects the fact that Zac turned down a record deal in the millions in order to focus on acting.
“We talked about it, obviously, and I think it was noble of him to turn it down,” says Jesse. “They were ready to offer him a number with six zeroes attached to the end of it, but he made the right decision
